Train CNAs, Gain $2,000 Per Certified CNA

Even if your Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) isn’t approved to train on-site, you can still participate through partnerships with local training programs. We’ll help connect you to the right training path.

SNFs receive funding for each CNA who completes training and certification through the Earn and Learn program. This helps cover training costs while improving retention and quality of care.
